At Selvarie, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our returns and exchanges policy carefully before contacting our customer service team.

Please contact us first before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at dwti9346@outlook.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging should be included where applicable.
  • The item must not have perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear.
  • The return or exchange request must be approved by our customer service team before the item is sent back.

Important: Please do not send your return to the address on the package without contacting us first. The return address may be different from the shipping address shown on your package.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and clearance reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used.
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging where applicable.
  • Final sale, clearance, or special promotion items, unless defective or incorrect.
  • Accessories, intimate items, bodysuits, swimwear, or similar hygiene-sensitive items, unless defective or incorrect.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request
  • The requested size, color, or item for exchange, if applicable
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability. If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us first before returning the item.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution after reviewing your request.

Customers are responsible for checking the Size Guide and product details before placing an order. If an exchange is requested due to size preference, color preference, or change of mind, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item confirmed by our team, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, shipping protection fees, handling fees, and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Selvarie is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dwti9346@outlook.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

9. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply to items returned with signs of use, missing packaging, missing tags, minor damage not caused by us, or returns that do not fully meet our return conditions.

Partial refunds may also be offered as a solution for minor product issues when the customer chooses to keep the item.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or payment account again. Then contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be available. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, unpaid customs fees, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees, return fees, customs fees, or handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Selvarie is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package.

13. Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local charges may be required by your local authorities. These charges are not controlled by Selvarie and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Customs duties, taxes, and local fees are generally non-refundable by Selvarie.
